THERMAL PYROLYSIS
The thermal method (pyrolysis) uses the process of thermal decomposition, which is based on indirect heating systems without air access. Pyrolysis is a surface cleaning process taking place in a special pyrolysis furnace, where there is a thermal decomposition of organic compounds at a temperature of 400-430ºC (cleaning chamber).
MECHANICAL METHOD
The surface cleaning process takes place with the use of high-pressure cleaning devices that use water or other abrasive materials as a cleaning medium, e.g. spherical steel shot. The technology that uses the dynamic action of a high-energy water jet is called hydrodynamic cleaning.
CHEMICAL METHOD
The de-varnishing process, i.e. the removal of paint (varnish), occurs as a result of a combination of chemical decomposition and the physical dissolution of the varnish binder. The varnish (paint) is removed by soaking in a chemical agent.
