Process
The thermal method (pyrolysis) uses the process of thermal decomposition, which is based on indirect heating systems without air access. Pyrolysis is a surface cleaning process taking place in a special pyrolysis furnace, where the thermal decomposition of organic compounds takes place at a temperature of 400-430ºC (cleaning chamber). The gases produced in the pyrolysis process are burned in an additional chamber (afterburning chamber) at a temperature of 850-920ºC. Only harmless combustion products are released to the outside, making this technology environmentally safe. Only about 25% of the starting material remains as ash that requires disposal. Thermal metal cleaning has the following advantages: reliability, efficiency, low emissivity.
